Here at Southdown Furniture we feel it is only fair that when you choose to purchase from us, your good's arrive in the condition described and represented in the pictures. This is why we have carefully selected a number of reliable couriers to deliver our items all across the UK.

 

We are currently offering FREE delivery on all full price items to most of England, Wales and Scotland.

 

We currently do not deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands or the Isle of Wight, however we welcome you to arrange your own courier delivery to these areas which can be booked through www.shiply.com.

  

Delivery can take up to 10 working days and items will be foam and shrink wrapped during transport.

Leave the leg work to us! Deliveries are carried out by a two man team.

If a customer decides after recieving an item that they don't like the item or they have changed their mind, we are happy to accept returns. However all customers will be liable for the courier cost to return said item/s to us at a cost of £80 per item. We can arrange the collection and return to us with our couriers on your behalf.

 

If Southdown Furniture finds that the item was damaged in transportation or determines the listing was inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresented the item we will cover all associated returns costs.

All return requests must be notified within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

Specifically, Southdown Furniture cannot be held responsible if an item of furniture cannot gain access to, or does not fit in its intended space. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you measure all access areas prior to making a purchase. If a piece of furniture is returned because it does not fit, the buyer is responsible for outbound and return shipping costs.
